Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.
Custom or made-to-order items (e.g., large cosplay helmets) may require additional production time before shipping.
Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer multiple shipping options at checkout. Delivery timelines depend on the selected method and your location:
Domestic (United States)
Standard Shipping: ~3–7 business days after dispatch
Expedited Shipping: ~1–3 business days after dispatch
International Shipping
Standard International: ~7–21 business days
Expedited International: ~3–10 business days
Note: Shipping times above are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak season volume.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package size, destination, and selected service.
Some promotions (e.g., free shipping over a certain order value) may be offered periodically.
International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees assessed by their destination country.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.
Use this tracking number to monitor delivery progress via the carrier’s website.
Packaging
All products are securely packaged to protect fragile or detailed 3D prints during transit.
Larger items may ship partly disassembled with assembly instructions included.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us with your order number and photos of the damage.
We’ll work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
Order Changes & Cancellations
You may request changes or cancellations before the order is processed.
Once the item goes into production or ships, changes may not be possible.
